After the production line switched to our JJY LFP-JJY5RQ-0307T4 SGS Solder Paste, the solder wetting yield for 0.4mm pitch QFN packages jumped directly from 82% to 96.7%. Crucially, post-reflow residues are transparent and bright, and the AOI false alarm rate dropped by 40%. This is backed by its ROL1 grade control, with single halogen content <900ppm and total halogen content <1500ppm. Combined with the T4 grade particle size distribution of 0307 alloy powder and rosin-based activation system, it achieves sufficient solder joint wetting and minimal solder beads within the 240℃～260℃ reflow window.

For high-precision products such as communication boards and fingerprint locks, after batch adoption of LFP-JJY5RNTT-305, its halogen content is controlled to the 100～200ppm ROL0 level. Paired with the dual alloy powder combination of 00507BN and 00507B2N, after BGA ball mounting with pitch below 0.3mm, no solder joint cracking occurs even after 500 cycles of -40℃～125℃ thermal shock. Under microscope observation, the thickness uniformity of the interfacial intermetallic compound is improved by 30% compared to the previous generation, indicating that this eco-friendly solder paste is more effective at inhibiting Cu6Sn5 growth during thermal stress cycling.

Automotive lamp modules require void rate <3%. By using LFP-JJY5RR-0307 to replace imported materials, the 0ppm halogen content and ROL0 certification allowed the customer to pass the audit on the first attempt. Meanwhile, the synergy between its 305 alloy powder and the optimized rosin carrier keeps the void area ratio stable at 1.8%～2.3% under nitrogen atmosphere in the reflow peak zone, which is 1.2 percentage points lower than the original solution, and complaints about cold solder joints on thermal pads have dropped to zero.

Water-washing process lines were previously plagued by poor cleaning agent compatibility. After switching to LFP-JJY5RW1-0307, ion contamination level <0.78μg/cm² NaCl equivalent is achieved after two rinses with pure water. Supported by the T3/T4 grade particle size gradient of the mixed SC07 and 0307 powder, the dissolution rate of post-soldering residues is significantly improved. Moreover, there are no white spots or oxidation marks on the PCB surface after water washing, eliminating the need for an additional wiping station.

For ultra-low temperature scenarios involving In52Sn48, LFP-JJY5RG-In52Sn48 completes soldering at a peak temperature of 140℃. The measured solder joint shear strength reaches 18.3MPa, far exceeding the 12MPa minimum requirement for LED flexible screen mounting. Its 0ppm halogen content and ROL0 certification simultaneously meet medical electronics export regulations, while the T5/T6 grade ultra-fine powder ensures continuity and release integrity during jet valve dispensing, reducing nozzle clogging rate from 1.7 times per 8 hours to less than 1 time per 24 hours.

When the laser welding production line validated LFP-JJY5RLJ-305, it was found that under pulse width modulation of a 120W fiber laser, its melting response is 0.3 seconds faster than competing products, with no spatter at solder joints and IMC layer thickness fluctuation <0.25μm. This is attributed to the precise ratio of 305 alloy powder and T6 grade powder, as well as the lower oxidation tendency brought by <500ppm halogen. Combined with the consistent dispensing of the pneumatic valve, the screw valve dispensing CPK value was increased from 1.13 to 1.67.
