JJY Electronic Materials Production Base has completed a new round of production line expansion and upgrade. Currently, 96 automated Solder Paste Production lines are stably operating in the 5000㎡ fully enclosed constant temperature and humidity clean workshop, covering the full temperature gradient from high temperature, medium temperature, low temperature to ultra-low temperature, as well as all process types such as rosin-based, water-washable, and laser-specific types. The production line configuration strictly matches the technical parameters and mass production takt of the 12 major Solder Paste product systems of the LFP-JJY series, ensuring that the precision mixing, homogeneous dispersion, and rheological control of alloy powders such as 0307, 305, 64351, and In52Sn48 in each batch meet the standards.

Facing differentiated demands such as the 8MQP/5RQ series with a QFN/DFN package solder climbing rate close to 100%, the 8M9P/5RR zero-halogen formula required for high void and high heat scenarios of automotive LEDs, the 8MNTTP/5RNTT ultra-low residue transparent type adapted for high-precision applications in communications and laptops, and the 5RLJ series exclusive for laser welding, the 96 production lines achieve rapid response through modular scheduling and flexible changeover mechanisms. During peak seasons, the monthly maximum shipment volume of solder paste can exceed 280 tons, an increase of about 37% compared to the same period of the previous year. Among them, the proportion of T4 grade alloy powder used reaches 62%, and T3 and T5 jointly support the stability of the process window in multiple scenarios.

The optimization of the production capacity structure has simultaneously driven the efficiency improvement of the delivery chain. The delivery cycle for conventional orders has been compressed to within 7 working days. For urgent insertion orders of high-activity high-temperature solder paste, the closed loop of material preparation, mixing, testing, and shipment can be completed within 48 hours. Customized models such as the water-washable 8MW1P/5RW1 and the aluminum-welding-specific 8MW5/5RW5 are also included in the priority production scheduling sequence. Customer feedback shows that the on-time delivery rate during peak seasons remains stable at over 99.2%, and the production line utilization rate dynamically maintains a healthy range of 81%~89% under the premise of ensuring quality. There have been no batch parameter drift or viscosity attenuation phenomena caused by equipment overload.

All production lines are connected to the MES system to achieve full-process data traceability. The alloy composition, halogen detection value (ROL0/ROL1/ORH1 hierarchical control), measured melting point range, and soldering temperature window verification report of each batch of solder paste are synchronously transmitted to the customer collaboration platform in real time. The 96 production lines are not a simple quantitative superposition, but rather build replicable, auditable, and scalable standardized production capacity units around the core process nodes of high-reliability solder paste manufacturing: powder particle size distribution control, Flux activation balance, and storage stability verification, providing deterministic support for downstream electronic manufacturing enterprises to carry out batch introduction under the dual requirements of accelerated technological iteration and supply chain security.
