In its R&D and mass production practices for green electronic materials, JiajinYuan has deeply embedded environmental compliance into the entire product lifecycle. All 12 of its main Solder Paste series adopt a halogen-free and lead-free technical route. Among them, two products, 8M9P/5RR and 5RG, achieve the industry-leading indicator of 0 ppm halogen content, while the 8MNTTP/5RNTT series controls halogen at the ROL0 grade of 100~200 ppm. Paired with high-activity ultra-fine alloy powders such as 00507BN and 00507B2N in T5/T6 particle size distribution, it significantly improves the solder wetting uniformity of QFN/DFN packages and the soldering yield of high-precision terminals, and has been batch-applied to scenarios such as mobile phone motherboards, fingerprint lock modules, and automotive millimeter-wave radar components.
To meet the adaptation needs of different temperature-sensitive devices and processes, JiajinYuan has built a complete temperature gradient system covering high-temperature soldering at 240~260℃, medium-temperature soldering at 195~220℃, low-temperature soldering at 160~185℃, and ultra-low-temperature soldering at 110~130℃. Among them, low-temperature alloys such as Sn42Bi58, In52Sn48, and In40.2Sn20.7Bi39.1 have all obtained REACH regulation certification, while mainstream high-temperature alloys such as 305, 0307, and 105 have melting points stably in the range of 217~227℃, ensuring a wide Reflow Soldering process window and a void rate lower than the industry baseline. Especially in applications with stringent thermal cycle reliability requirements such as automotive LED headlights, the 8M9P/5RR series has become a designated material for multiple Tier1 suppliers due to its extremely low void rate and zero halogen residue characteristics.
In terms of process greening, the company is simultaneously advancing dual-path layouts for rosin-based and water-washable products. Water-washable series such as 8MW1P/5RW1 and 8MW1AP/5RW1A use ORH1-grade water-soluble Flux, and post-soldering residues can be directly removed by washing with room-temperature water, greatly reducing the usage of organic solvents and the emission intensity of VOCs. The 8MW5/5RW5 series further extends to direct soldering scenarios on stainless steel and aluminum substrates, achieving the triple advantages of no post-soldering marks, no-clean, and low cost in the soldering of nickel-plated aluminum fins for heat sinks. The supporting production line has passed the re-examination of the ISO 14001 environmental management system, and the concentrations of wastewater COD, ammonia nitrogen, and heavy metal ions are continuously lower than the limits of the Grade 1 standard of GB 8978-1996.
For the emerging process of laser jet soldering, the 5RLJ and 5RLJB series maintain <500ppm>
