Jia Jinyuan's ISO solder materials are not merely certified with a label; rather, the document control requirements of ISO 9001 Clause 7.5.3 are directly mapped to the temperature control curve printing frequency of the Tin Ingot melting furnace. Each furnace batch must simultaneously generate a dual-channel temperature record chart with timestamps, which must be signed by the operator and archived together with the composition report for that batch; otherwise, the system automatically locks the release permission.
The error-proofing logic of the melting section is embedded in the PLC program
The calibration cycle of the temperature sensor for the melting tank is set to once every 72 hours, and calibration data is uploaded to the MES in real time. If the reading deviation exceeds ±0.8℃ for two consecutive times, the system immediately suspends the feeding command and triggers an alarm, while automatically retrieving the argon protection flow records of the previous 3 furnaces for comparison, because fluctuations in inert gas purity will directly cause the oxygen content in the SnAgCu alloy to increase by more than 0.012%, which in turn increases the solder joint wetting angle by 3.5°.
Rapid composition inspection is not a formality but a node control
The spectrometer inspection results must be judged within 45 minutes before the end of melt holding. This time window is derived from the measured tin liquid cooling rate of Jia Jinyuan's production line. If the process is not closed-loop within the time limit, the system forcibly initiates the cooling program and marks the batch as pending retest, because every 10 minutes of extended melt holding time will increase the precipitation amount of Cu6Sn5 intermetallic compound by 0.007wt%, which directly affects the demolding rate of subsequent screen printing.
Packaging sealing performance is actually tested using the negative pressure attenuation method
Each box of ISO solder materials must pass a -75kPa negative pressure holding test before leaving the factory. If the attenuation rate exceeds 1.2kPa/min, it is judged as poor heat sealing of the aluminum foil composite film. This defect will cause the rosin content to decrease by 0.18% within 24 hours after opening the box. We have verified this on the production line of a customer in Dongguan: the viscosity change value of Solder Paste from the same batch after being unsealed and stored for 3 days is 230Pa·s higher than that of the well-sealed sample.
The batch traceability code is directly connected to the melting work order
The spray code on each outer box of ISO solder materials contains three indexes: melting furnace number, tapping time, and rapid inspection report number. After scanning the code, all temperature control curve screenshots, argon pressure logs, and operator fingerprint approval records for that furnace batch can be immediately retrieved. Last year, when a factory in Shenzhen experienced a batch abnormality of BGA cold solder joints, we located within 37 minutes that the problem was caused by the drift of the temperature probe in the holding section of Furnace No. 1428, rather than relying on guessing composition deviations for rework like some suppliers do.
