RoHS solder is a mandatory access threshold for the export of foreign trade electronic products. Jia Jinyuan RoHS solder has passed all SGS tests, with lead content <100ppm, cadmium <50ppm, and hexavalent chromium <1000ppm, fully meeting the requirements of the EU RoHS 2.0 Directive and the US CPSIA. It has completed full-process verification of solder paste printing, reflow soldering, and AOI inspection on the production lines of 37 OEM factories in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Suzhou and other places.
Published: 2015-11-12RoHS solder is directly supplied by domestic manufacturers and supports sample verification. Jiajinyuan RoHS solder has passed all SGS tests, with lead content <100ppm, cadmium <50ppm, hexavalent chromium <1000ppm, and melting point fluctuation between batches ≤±1.5℃. It is suitable for mainstream packages such as 0201 to QFN48. When used with rosin-based flux in a nitrogen environment, it achieves a wetting angle <35°, and the thickness of the solder joint IMC layer is stably controlled within the range of 1.2~1.8μm.
Published: 2012-05-04ASEAN foreign trade solder has passed the full-item testing of the RoHS Directive and multiple physical, chemical and toxicity tests conducted by SGS. The contents of restricted substances such as lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, and polybrominated diphenyl ethers are all lower than the mandatory thresholds of the EU and mainstream ASEAN countries. With complete batch factory inspection reports and certificates of origin, it can be directly used for the access filing of SMT production lines in electronic foundries in Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia and other countries.
Published: 2011-11-12RoHS solder SGS testing certification is a mandatory threshold for export-oriented EU electronic assembly production lines. Jiajinyuan RoHS solder has passed SGS's full set of heavy metal and organic substance testing, with all six items—lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, and polybrominated diphenyl ethers—meeting the standards. Customs clearance documents include the original SGS report, Declaration of Conformity, Material Safety Data Sheet, and batch factory inspection records, and the complete set of documents can be directly used for customs declaration and customer factory audits.

Eco-friendly solder wire is not equivalent to RoHS compliance. It is necessary to confirm whether the content of six hazardous substances, including lead, mercury, and cadmium, is below the limit through a third-party test report. A supplier's verbal commitment or "lead-free" label alone cannot replace actual test data. Production lines often overlook batch differences, resulting in typical RoHS non-compliance symptoms such as dull solder joints and poor wetting after the entire batch of PCBs goes through the reflow oven.
Published: 2010-04-07Halogen-free solder paste must balance ROHS compliance and solder wetting reliability in high-precision electronic assembly. The 8MQP/5RQ series launched by domestic solder paste manufacturer Jia Jinyuan has individual halogen content <900ppm and a solder wetting rate close to 100%. The 8MNTTP/5RNTT series has halogen content as low as 100~200ppm with transparent residue. Paired with T3-T5 alloy powders such as 0307/305, it has been verified to stably pass ROHS solder paste certification requirements in the mass production of QFN/DFN devices and communication terminals.
