Low-temperature tincream — as the name suggests, its melting point is relatively low. Its main components are tin and bismuth. After adding bismuth to the solder paste, the temperature drops, bringing the melting point down to 138 ℃. It is suitable for components that cannot withstand high temperatures or PCBs. Low-temperature solder paste has relatively poor solderability, brittle solder joints and dull luster.
High-temperature solder paste has a relatively high temperature requirement when passing through the reflow oven, and its melting point should be higher than that of Sn/Bi solder paste, by more than 79 ℃. Its main components are tin, silver and copper, with a melting point of 217 ℃-227 ℃. It is widely used, has good weldability, is hard and firm, has good mechanical strength, and the solder joints are bright.
