What problems may occur after the production of low-temperature tin wire is completed?

What are the more common problems that may occur after tin wire production (i.e., finished tin wire)? How should these problems be solved? Low-temperature tin wire is no exception. Shenzhen JJY is here to provide an analysis and solution for our partners:

Low-temperature tin wire

During the entire drawing process, Tin wire undergoes some surface treatment to keep the surface of tin wire of different gauges relatively bright and smooth. Then winding is carried out. Because during winding the tin wire basically has to pass through several gears before it can be wound onto the rubber roller. However, if the gears are very dirty and there is grease or other moisture on the tin wire, the tin wire will turn black and oxidize.

When the warehouse for storing tin is too damp and cold, the surface of the tin wire will also turn black and oxidize. Such products do not look very different and can generally still be used. The tin wire is also prone to unevenness after gear damage.

The cleanliness and finish of the tin wire are the basic standards required by manufacturers. It is related to the management of machinery and equipment, the processing technique, and the operation of staff. Faced with this situation, efforts can only be made to minimize it.

Tin wire has joints. During winding, because the wire diameter is relatively thin, the winding tension is relatively large and the winding speed is relatively fast; all these details can lead to wire breakage during winding. In order to wind a whole spool, the two ends of the tin wire can only be joined together and then wound again. Tin wire with joints does not affect the general quality of the soldering.

In the soldering process of automatic welding machines, because the tin wire needs to be fed automatically, it is very likely that an oversized joint will get stuck and cause trouble. However, this section can simply be broken off. For customers with stricter requirements, the tin wire can be screened to pick out wire with no joints in the middle.
