A Dongguan automotive lighting factory has continuously used our JiajinYuan LFP-JJY5RR-0307 zero-halogen lead-free high-temperature Solder Paste for three years. Its 0 ppm halogen content and 217°C melting point, paired with a 245°C peak reflow temperature, keep the void rate of LED bracket solder joints stably below 3.2%, far lower than the customer's required 8%. In contrast, after switching to an imported brand on the same production line, the void rate fluctuated between 6.5% and 11.3%, demonstrating that domestic Solder Paste Manufacturers now have replacement capabilities in thermally sensitive scenarios.
Our JiajinYuan 8MNTTP/5RNTT series is designed for high-precision boards such as communication modules and fingerprint locks. With 100–200 ppm ultra-low halogen content paired with 00507BN/T5 fine powder, it achieves over 85% wetting coverage on 0.3 mm pitch QFN packages, and leaves transparent, residue-free Flux after cleaning, preventing false triggering of optical sensors. This is 12 percentage points higher wetting coverage than the 8MQP/5RQ series under the same stencil aperture, though the latter is more favored by procurement for general industrial control motherboards due to its lower cost and good stability.Laser welding production lines have validated two solder pastes, LFP-JJY5RLJ-305 and LFP-JJY5RLJB-4258. The former has a solder ball occurrence rate below 0.07% when dispensed via screw valve, while the latter exhibits better wetting and ductility for Sn42Bi58 alloy under jet valve dispensing. After 60 seconds of holding at 160°C, no shrinkage cavities appear at solder joint edges, whereas conventional medium-temperature solder paste 8M/2R has a shrinkage cavity rate of 23% under the same parameters, proving that Domestic Solder Paste manufacturers have deeply adapted to new feeding systems rather than simply replicating traditional SMT Solder Paste parameters.Water-washable solder paste selection must balance cleaning efficiency and component compatibility. After three water wash cycles on PCBs, ion chromatography testing of LFP-JJY5RW1-0307 shows Cl⁻ residue <0.5 μg/cm², but if used on boards with aluminum electrolytic capacitors, LFP-JJY5RW5-305 must be used instead, as its SC07 alloy system inhibits aluminum corrosion. Otherwise, capacitor ESR will rise by 18% after 72 hours of high-temperature and high-humidity testing. This is a critical boundary condition that many Domestic Solder paste manufacturers do not publicly label, yet directly affects yield. In ultra-low temperature scenarios, LFP-JJY5RG-In52Sn48 can complete soldering at a peak temperature of 140°C. Measured junction temperature rise of thermal-sensitive components is only 42°C, 19°C lower than the Sn42Bi58 solution. However, this solder paste has strict requirements for stencil aperture aspect ratio; when the aperture width-to-thickness ratio is <1.5, the printing release rate drops sharply to 61%, so squeegee pressure and speed must be adjusted synchronously. Such process coupling details are often overlooked in technical documents from domestic solder paste manufacturers, yet directly determine mass production first-pass yield.Related Articles
