Products operating under vibration conditions place extremely high demands on the fatigue resistance of Solder Paste at solder joints. Conventional lead-free solder paste is prone to microcrack propagation, interfacial IMC layer fracture, or solder joint root peeling under sustained alternating stress, especially on bottom thermal pad components such as QFN and DFN packages. In contrast, the 8MQP/5RQ series, leveraging the synergistic effect of 0307T4 alloy powder and ROL1-grade low-halogen rosin system, maintained a 100% connectivity rate after 500 hours of 20G acceleration vibration testing following reflow on an automotive radar controller. Its measured solder climb height reached 0.92 times the pad height, far exceeding the industry average of 0.65 times.

When product structures involve stainless steel brackets or aluminum-based heat sinks, traditional solder paste often suffers from poor wetting due to oxide films on metal surfaces. In such cases, the LFP-JJY5RW5-0307 water-washable lead-free solder paste for stainless steel and aluminum soldering can simultaneously address both soldering and cleaning challenges. This model adopts SC07+0307 composite powder and ORH1 water-soluble Flux system, achieving a contact angle ≤28° on nickel-plated aluminum fins with residue conductivity <2.1μS/cm. Its 305+00507BN composite powder exhibits excellent melting uniformity under 10ms-level laser pulse widths. After adopting this solder paste in a certain pneumatic valve sensor module, the solder joint thermal cycle life increased from 1200 cycles to 2800 cycles, with the failure mode shifting from early solder joint cracking to encapsulation adhesive aging, demonstrating that high-reliability solder paste has substantially shifted the system's weak link.
