During actual testing of the 8M9P/5RR zero-halogen Solder Paste at an automotive module factory in Shenzhen, it was found that the solder joint void rate after LED headlamp reflow was stably controlled below 3.2%, far lower than the customer requirement of 5%. This is attributed to its ROL0 grade zero-halogen formulation and optimized T4 particle size distribution of 305 alloy powder, which simultaneously enhances the fluidity of molten metal and the ability to break oxide films. In contrast, comparable imported products used during the same period exhibited void rate fluctuations of 6.8% to 9.1% under the same reflow temperature profile.

After a Bluetooth earphone OEM in Dongguan switched to the 8MNTTP/5RNTT, the first-pass yield of 0.4mm pitch QFN devices on FPC flexible boards jumped from 92.7% to 99.1%. The root cause is that this Domestic Solder Paste leaves transparent residues with an ionic contamination level <0.1μg/cm² NaCl, preventing the recurrence of micro-shorts after ultrasonic cleaning. Our JJY model LFP-JJY5RQ-0307T4 has been batch-validated at five EMS factories in East China. Its 0307 alloy powder melting range of 221–227°C and recommended soldering temperature window of 240–260°C are highly compatible with the common temperature zone settings of domestic reflow equipment. Without adjusting the existing reflow profile, the BGA cold solder rate can be suppressed below 0.017%, demonstrating that the value of yield-improving solder paste lies not in parameter stacking, but in robust performance under real production line conditions.
