The LFP-5RR series halogen-free and REACH-compliant lead-free high-temperature Solder Paste is an environmentally friendly Soldering Material launched by JiajinYuan for export-oriented electronic product manufacturing. It includes two specifications, LFP-5RR-305 and LFP-5RR-0307, and meets the control requirements of the EU REACH regulation for substances of very high concern.

The Flux formulation of this series completely eliminates halogen activators and adopts a composite activation system of organic acids and modified rosin, resulting in zero halogen residue after soldering, which can pass the strictest REACH SVHC list audit. This feature makes it the preferred solder for electronic products exported to the European and North American markets.

In terms of soldering performance, the LFP-5RR series ensures smooth stencil printing and complete demolding by optimizing the sphericity and particle size distribution of the tin powder. During Reflow Soldering, the flux has a wide activation range, which can adapt to the soldering needs of different PCB surface treatment processes, including HASL, ENIG, OSP, etc.

The product performs stably in long-term reliability tests. After 1000 hours of high-temperature and high-humidity aging test, the Solder Joint Strength attenuation is less than 5%, meeting the long-life use requirements of automotive electronics and industrial control products.
