JIAJINYUAN stainless steel leaded solder wire is produced by melting high-purity tin and electrolytic lead at the Sn63Pb37 eutectic ratio, refining to remove impurities, casting into tin rods, injecting a stainless-steel-specific high-activity rosin flux under hydraulic pressure, and drawing to the required wire diameter. Its core value is that the high-activity flux contains penetrating agents that break the dense oxide layer on stainless steel, so 304/316/201 stainless steel can be soldered directly without acid pickling or copper pre-plating, after simply degreasing with alcohol.
The product uses Sn63Pb37 eutectic alloy with a self-developed stainless-steel-specific activator system; flux is uniformly and continuously filled into the center of the tin alloy, and rosin content, wire diameter and packaging can all be customized to the customer's soldering process.
It passes authoritative SGS testing and meets relevant environmental directives in the application field (lead-containing products are used under customer-process and local-regulatory exemption clauses).
