JIAJINYUAN halogen-free lead-free solder wire is based on high-purity lead-free tin alloy with a self-developed halogen-free flux system. Total halogen (chlorine + bromine) is strictly controlled within 500 ppm, with each individual halogen below 900 ppm, meeting strict domestic and international halogen-free standards such as IEC61249-2-21 and IPC-J-STD-004.
The flux uses refined hydrogenated rosin and special activators with no halogen activators, noticeably reducing smoke during soldering with mild odor, creating a more worker-friendly shop floor and better protecting operator health.
Despite the halogen-free system, wettability and tinning speed are not compromised: by optimizing the flux surfactant ratio, the spread area and wetting time on copper and tin-plated copper surfaces are close to those of conventional halogen-containing products, with bright, full joints and no cold joints or solder spikes.
The halogen-free lead-free solder wire is widely used in industries with high reliability and environmental requirements, such as server motherboards, telecom base-station boards, data-center switches, industrial control boards, medical electronics and aerospace, and represents a mainstream eco-friendly direction for solder materials.
