Aluminum and aluminum alloys are widely used in electronic heat sinks, bus bars, appliance refrigeration tubing, automotive lightweighting and new-energy battery packs due to their light weight, high specific strength, corrosion resistance and good electrical/thermal conductivity. However, the dense Al?O? oxide film on the surface (melting point 2072°C) completely prevents conventional tin solder from wetting.
The aluminum-specific flux in JIAJINYUAN aluminum eco lead-free solder wire uses a high-activity fluoride + organic-acid composite system that effectively breaks down and removes the Al?O? oxide film above 330°C while forming a transitional bonding interface with the aluminum surface, achieving effective wetting and spreading of the tin alloy on aluminum.
It suits common grades such as 1060/1050 pure aluminum, 3003 anti-rust aluminum, 5052/5083 Al-Mg alloys, 6061/6063 Al-Mg-Si alloys and 7075 ultra-high-strength aluminum, and also supports aluminum-to-aluminum soldering and copper-aluminum dissimilar metal soldering (aluminum-bus tin-plated terminal butt joints).
It has been widely used in soldering new-energy vehicle soft-connection Busbar aluminum bus bars, power-adapter aluminum heat-sink PIN feet, LED lamp aluminum-substrate rework, air-conditioner/refrigerator aluminum tubing, and aluminum motor-housing grounding terminals, with stable and reliable performance.
