We are a Shenzhen-based solder paste manufacturing factory supplying directly to electronics assembly facilities in ThailandRayong. Our production facility covers 5,000 sqm and operates 96 sets of precision production and testing equipment, enabling consistent output of solder paste, solder wire, solder bar, and compatible flux formulations.
Local ThailandRayong customers—particularly PCB assembly lines serving automotive electronics and consumer device OEMs—have reported recurring issues with imported solder materials: batch-to-batch performance variation, bridging defects, cold solder joints, and delayed sample delivery. Our direct factory-to-facility model eliminates middle-tier distributors, ensuring stable rheology, controlled metal particle distribution, and traceable lot documentation for every shipment.
All shipments to ThailandRayong use constant-temperature packaging to preserve paste viscosity and flux activity. Standard products—including lead-free solder paste, high-activity solder paste, water-washable solder paste, QFN-optimized formulations, and medium-temperature solder wire—are held in ready stock. Custom alloy compositions and flux chemistries are produced per technical specification with full process validation.
Technical collaboration includes remote SMT line optimization support from our application engineers, including stencil design review, reflow profile analysis, and defect root-cause assessment. For qualified volume orders, on-site consultation can be coordinated through local logistics partners operating across Eastern Seaboard industrial zones including Rayong.
