We are a solder paste manufacturing factory based in Shenzhen, China, supplying directly to electronics assembly facilities across Singapore. Our production facility spans 5,000 sqm and operates 96 sets of precision production and testing equipment, enabling full-range output including solder paste, solder wire, solder bar, and compatible fluxes.
Singapore-based SMT lines frequently encounter inconsistent solder paste performance between batches, elevated procurement costs for imported materials, bridging defects, cold solder joints, and limited access to timely engineering support. To address these challenges, we provide stable formulations, rapid sample delivery via dedicated couriers, and remote SMT process optimization guidance from our technical team.
All shipments to Singapore utilize constant-temperature packaging to preserve rheological integrity — critical for fine-pitch applications such as QFN and LED assemblies. Standard formulations including lead-free solder paste, water washable solder paste, high-activity solder paste, and medium-temperature variants are held in local stock for immediate dispatch.
