The LFP-5RW5 series lead-free Solder Paste for welding stainless steel and aluminum includes two models: LFP-5RW5-305 and LFP-5RW5-0307. It is a specialized welding material developed by JiajinYuan for difficult-to-weld metals such as stainless steel and aluminum alloys. Through a special alloy system and Flux activation formulation, the product effectively solves the problem of poor wettability of traditional solder pastes on stainless steel and aluminum surfaces.

The dense chromium oxide layer on the stainless steel surface is the main obstacle to welding, and conventional solder pastes struggle to achieve effective wetting and spreading on its surface. The LFP-5RW5 series adopts a highly active flux system that can penetrate the oxide layer at welding temperatures, allowing the molten alloy to form a good metallurgical bond on the stainless steel surface.

For aluminum welding, this series of products suppresses the rapid regeneration of the aluminum surface oxide film through a special alloy composition design. Combined with an optimized preheating process curve, it enables the solder paste to form uniform weld seams on aluminum alloy surfaces. The welded joints have high mechanical strength and stable electrical conductivity.

The product has been applied in batches in fields such as battery module welding, stainless steel shell seal welding, and aluminum substrate SMT assembly, solving the process bottleneck of dissimilar metal welding for industries including new energy, home appliances, and medical devices.
