TLP-7R-6337Leaded solder paste is made with a scientific formula and spherical solder powder with low oxidation degree. It has excellent dry resistance and good thixotropic performance. It has good demolding performance during printing. There is little residue after welding, with low corrosiveness and an extremely high surface insulation resistance value. The weld points are bright after welding and have excellent electrical conductivity. Fewer solder beads are produced during welding, reducing the occurrence of short circuits.
