Before the soldering work, the temperature of the soldering iron tip should be measured with a thermometer first. Note: The temperature at the iron tip of the soldering iron is very high, up to300℃Above all, the welders' hearts should be burned! When soldering together, the action should be fast to avoid excessive heat being introduced into the solder pads of the circuit board, which may cause burning.              

When setting the temperature of the soldering iron tip, the heat resistance and safety of the electronic components and mechanical equipment should be taken into consideration. If necessary, a constant-temperature soldering iron should be used to ensure the continuous and persistent temperature of the soldering process. In this way, the soldering effect of lead-free tin strips will be better. After the soldering work, the lead-free soldering iron tip and tube sleeve still need some time to cool down. The lead-free tin bar solder joint and the electronic original mechanical equipment being soldered are still very hot. Please do not touch them with your hands to avoid burning them.

The environmental-friendly tin strips have a lustrous solution surface when operating in the soldering furnace, eliminating the need to scrape off the tin slag on the soldering surface every time during actual operation. It has good practical operability, high production and processing efficiency, and thus an increase in production volume. The components are easy to be tinned and the bottom board hardly adheres to tin slag. After tin stamping, the surface layer of the pins is lustrous, smooth and flat, with an excellent appearance. Less tin slag can reduce the cost of raw materials.

Turn on the control switch of the lower interface of the tin furnace to let the tin liquid flow out. Special attention should be paid to placing a tin receiving trough under the outlet. In the heat treatment wave soldering, the tin furnace meets the melting temperature of the environmentally friendly tin strip. Stop the motor operation and set the temperature of the tin furnace280-300After about a certain degree, also remove the mud residue on the surface layer of the tin. Place cold water in the tin receiving trough to help the eco-friendly tin strip dissipate heat quickly. Be especially careful not to get burned when actually operating this action. When two-thirds of the solder liquid has flowed out, remove the motor to clear the obstructions above the tin furnace. Additionally, increase the furnace temperature to ensure that the lead-free solder liquid flows out successfully.

When salvaging, operate gently to facilitate the successful removal of the tin bar from the wave soldering furnace. The heating tube of the wave soldering furnace is a key component for melting solder rods. It is necessary to frequently check whether the set temperature of the soldering furnace is different from the actual temperature. The spray nozzle of the flux should be inspected and cleaned on time to check if the spray is blocked and to clean the flux channel with industrial alcohol to ensure unobstructed passage.
