Generally, the situations that need attention include. The brush table and steel mesh should be thoroughly cleaned and finely adjusted until each hole is absolutely centered with the solder pad. The solder paste mixer should be used to stir evenly until the solder paste can fall off automatically when scraped with a stirring knife, and there are no obvious particles observed with the naked eye.

1Before printing lead-free solder paste, the steel mesh should be adjusted and the printing table and steel mesh should be cleaned thoroughly with alcohol.

2Adjust the steel mesh The height of the fixture ensures that the steel mesh is closely attached to the platform.

3Move the steel mesh, roughly adjust it, then fix the steel mesh and fine-tune it with a platform until each hole is absolutely centered with the solder pad.

4Open the cap of the lead-free solder paste bottle, take out the inner cap, and place it with the lead-free solder paste face up on a clean table.

5Use a lead-free solder paste mixer to stir evenly until the lead-free solder paste can fall off automatically when scraped with a stirring knife, and there are no obvious particles observed with the naked eye.

6After the well-mixed solder paste has completely evaporated from the plate to be washed, use a stirring knife to place it on the steel mesh.
