Management of the wave soldering process:

1The operator must stay at their post and check the operation of the equipment at any time.

2The operator should inspect the quality of the welded plate. If the weld points show abnormal conditions, for instance, if the number of false weld points on a plate exceeds two percent, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.

3Timely and accurately keep the original records of equipment operation and the specific data records of weld point quality. The printed circuit boards that have been soldered should be separately inserted into dedicated transport boxes. They must not be pressed against each other, and stacking is strictly prohibited(If there are electrostatic sensitive components, anti-static transport boxes must be used);

4Before starting up, the operator needs to wear roving gloves, wipe the equipment clean with cotton yarn, and inject an appropriate amount of lubricating oil into the oil injection hole.

5Operators need to wear rubber anti-corrosion gloves to clear the waste and dirt around the tin bath and the flux bath.

6Flammable items such as gasoline, alcohol and cotton yarn shall not be stored around the equipment in the operation room.

7When the welding machine is in operation, the operator should wear a gas mask and heat-resistant and flame-retardant gloves at the same time for operation.
