When we use solder paste, you may find that there are sometimes some problems with the solder paste. It's all granular. What's the problem? Here, the solder paste manufacturer will tell everyone:

Solder paste

Solder pasteThe reason why particles occur is usually analyzed from the following aspects:

1The particles in the process of tin powder, the raw material for solder paste, have not been filtered out yet. Filtering them out can fundamentally solve the problem.

2During the soldering process, the furnace temperature was insufficient, and the materials in the solder paste flux were not completely melted, thus causing the formation of particles.

3The solder paste stirring equipment generates heat through friction with the tin powder, thus causing lumps.

4Too slow stirring speed of the solder paste can also lead to the formation of particles.

5The solder paste was not moistened enough, resulting in it being too dry and clumping into granular form.
