If you have a relatively long lunch break, you can also put the solder paste back into the bottle to prevent the flux from oxidizing.

2MultipleSMTThe production line uses one bottle of lead-free solder paste. After using it up, another bottle is used. As a result, the time it is exposed to the air is too short. It is not necessary to distribute one bottle in this way for each line. If it is left in this way, it will naturally be wasted. After being exposed to the air for a long time, the solder paste means it is scrapped.

Second, manual printing

If it is printed manually, there might be more extravagance and waste. It is recommended that multiple people use one bottle of solder paste, which can speed up the application of the solder paste and reduce the exposure time of lead-free solder paste to the air.
